A self-confessed education addict, Olivia knows what makes learning fun – she herself has taken course after course, including the L’Oreal Colour Specialist Degree, Jack Howard’s balayage course, an 8-week work placement with Sophia Hilton at Not Another Salon, Jaye Edwards’ colour course and numerous L’Oreal courses. Part of the L’Oreal Pro team, she’s passionate about delivering education that’s both enjoyable and useful – you’ll come away from a day with Olivia feeling inspired and able to use her techniques straight away on the salon floor.

Her masterclasses are relaxed and you can ask anything! It moves away from the academy environment and feels more like salon owner/hairdresser to hairdressers, rather than educator to hairdresser. Olivia doesn’t just educate in colour but the all-round business of selling colour services, looking at the whole salon experience from start to finish.
